Personal forum guild creation (account/guild/):
— Management of your own guild: avatar, banner, description, tag (3–5 characters).
— Inviting users to the guild.
— Moderation of applications: accept / decline.
— Invitation management history.

Core:
— Guild tag next to the username (except in widgets).
— Guild tooltip with information.
— Request to join another guild.
— Guild bits balance.
— Uploading a default avatar for all guilds.
— Setting the maximum avatar file size.
— Setting the maximum banner file size.

Notifications:
— To the user: acceptance / rejection of a guild join request.
— To the user: removal from a guild.
— To the leader: notification about a new join request.
— To everyone: guild disbandment.
— To everyone: change of guild leader.

Guild level system:
— Enable / disable the level system. If disabled, all guilds receive maximum capabilities.
— Setting the price for each level and purchasing levels with bits.
— Level 1: Maximum 10 members, minimal number of available icons.
— Level 2: Maximum 30 members, avatar upload, extended selection of icons.
— Level 3: Unlimited members, banner upload, all icons available.

Guild moderator permissions:
— Full management of guild settings.
— Management of guild members.
— Changing the guild level.
— Changing the guild leader.
— Deleting the guild.
— Setting the guild bits balance.
